How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
We have a Ready to Ship section of pieces that take 2-3 weeks to arrive from your date of purchase. We also have Build Your Own and Made to Order pieces that take 6-8 weeks to arrive. The delivery date is outlined on each product page.
Do you take custom orders?

What is a sample piece?
Our sample pieces, which you will find discounted, are the pieces we use in our showroom for customers to feel and try on. They are discounted because there may be slight wear and tear on outfits from the trials. Unless otherwise noted, any wear and tear is minor.
What if I am unsure about my size?
We recommend ordering a larger size to allow for alterations from your local tailor. We also leave a margin to allow for alterations.
Do you ship worldwide?
We do! If for any reason you do not see your country listed, please email us at email@example.com.
What are your shipping fees?
We ship Sani merchandise worldwide.
For items going within the US, standard shipping is complimentary for orders above $100. Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping.
For international shipments, an estimate is available at checkout based on the weight of your piece. Customers are responsible for any additional customs and duties that may be charged.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the made-to-order and/or delicate nature of most of our products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. So what happens if you are not 100% happy with your garment? Reach out to us within 5 business days of delivery and we will work with you to make sure the item is to your satisfaction, including making tailoring and fit suggestions. If there are extenuating circumstances, we can exchange the goods for another style, pending material availability. There will be a 10% restocking fee and you will be responsible for any differences in price. We are always happy to work with you to evaluate the circumstances.
The only products that are an exception to the policy above are our loungewear and bomber jackets. If you want to make an exchange, you are responsible for shipping the piece back to us using a trackable mail service and once our team has confirmed it is unwashed and unworn, we will start the exchange. We're a small business and our shipping costs are high so at this time we are not able to complimentarily offer the shipping back-and-forth required for exchanges.
Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?
While we try our best to display the color as accurately as possible, the color on the screen may be slightly different than that of the actual outfit.
Will I get a similar fabric for my design if the original fabric is not available?
We look for the most similar fabric on the market, but cannot guarantee the same fabric. Except in special cases, we ask our customers to rely on our judgment on which fabric we choose to substitute.
Where are your clothes made?
All of our clothes are proudly made in India in a factory that supports fair wages and ethical working conditions.
